Doctor Zed, who's "legally obligated to tell you that I ain't a real doctor". This man just wants to help people, by carving up others to figure out how to achieve such a feat. Always blood-stained, with bandit-related missions. Grew up in Fyrestone, who reluctantly had to leave because of Hyperion.
